About Polly Sinha

Polly Sinha graduated in 2002 from the University of South Alabama with a Master's in Physical Therapy. She has devoted her professional career to working at outpatient physical therapy facilities, including private practices in Atlanta, Baltimore, and Seattle. Early in her career, she developed a special interest in spine and sacroiliac joint pain and became known as the back pain expert as she traveled around the U.S. Polly uses special tests and deductive reasoning to determine the cause of pain. A thorough biomechanics exam is performed to address other areas that may be contributing. Then, manual techniques and modalities (ice, heat, dry needling) are utilized to help with pain, followed by a customized exercise program to improve mobility, flexibility, strength, and movement. Polly believes in spending quality time with her patients. You will never feel like a number in our facility. During her free time, Polly enjoys lifting weights, jogging, reading, singing in a community choir, and playing with her three children.
