“Excellent communication. Explained to me how the body works that leads to what I was experiencing and provided what to do to strengthen those areas. She didn’t just treat me, but she helped me understand for myself what was going on. She also told me how many sessions we might expect to do up front which makes me appreciate that she’s not trying to work with me just for the heck of it. Highly recommend!”

About Dr. Prerana Shenoy
Dr. Prerana Shenoy has over 15 years of experience in physical therapy. She obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana, and earned both her Master's in Health and Rehabilitation Science and her Master's in Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh. She completed her Bachelor's degree in physical therapy at Manipal University in India.
Her certifications include McKenzie Institute (MDT), Pelvic Floor Therapy (PFL-1) from Herman & Wallace, Graston Technique (GT-1, GT-2), Kinesio Taping from Kinesio University (KTP-1, KTP-2, KTP-3), Craniosacral Therapy from The Upledger Institute (CST1, CST2), and Visceral Manipulations from The Barral Institute (VM1, VM2, VM3, VM4).
She specializes in treating musculoskeletal conditions using a comprehensive approach for joint and soft tissue manipulation. With her vast knowledge attained through continuing education, she treats the patient as a whole and strongly believes in a holistic approach. Her keen interest in craniosacral manipulations has helped improve patients' quality of life. Dr. Shenoy motivates her patients to lead a balanced life with the help of exercises. In her free time, she is a passionate photographer and dancer.

Dr. Shenoy provides amazing physical therapy care. She listens and validates what you are feeling while also assuring you that it will get better, and then gets to work on following through on that promise. She is also just a nice and funny person to chat with. I would recommend her to anyone needing PT.
