I seek to help clients uncover their true potential and generate positive changes in their lives. I am a believer in the power of our thoughts and that our environment and experiences greatly impact our lives. I assist clients in their healing by helping them in understanding what exactly holds them back and guiding them in the process of navigating the path forward. My hope is that you will be able set goals that help you work towards achieving what you desire in life. Through the improvement and development of communication and coping skills, patterns of thoughts and behaviors, as well as boundaries we will navigate life with more ease and less stress, improve our emotions and mood, our relationship with ourselves and others, as well as how we react to stressors and other people. I can help and guide you to not only feel better, but to gain necessary insight into yourself and your experiences. I help clients to understand how the patterns and content of their thoughts influence both their emotions and behavior. My approach to therapy includes a combination of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, strengths-based, motivational interviewing, and other evidenced-based therapeutic modalities depending on your need. Healing is unique to the individual and my work is always trauma informed.
