About Dr. Rachel Forte

Rachel Forte graduated from the University of Pittsburgh's Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2014. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Northern Arizona University and a clinician with a special interest in orthopedics, sports, occupational health, and perinatal care. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists, a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, and a Certified Obstetric Physical Therapist. Beyond patient care, she serves as a FAAOMPT mentor and is a member of the scholarship committee for the Arizona Physical Therapy Association. In her free time, she enjoys trail running, spending time with family, and traveling.
