“My first pelvic floor therapy appointment (ever) with Rachel Richards was such a positive, reassuring experience. From the moment we started talking, she was thoughtful, an excellent listener, and created a space where I felt safe sharing things I’d never really voiced out loud before. She was incredibly personable and easy to communicate with, which made it so much easier to talk through sensitive topics and the challenges I’m facing as a soon-to-be mom. I left feeling understood, supported, and hopeful, and I’m genuinely grateful to have found someone I can trust to walk with me through this part of my journey!!! Thank you, Rachel!”

Would definitely recommend it to a friend. All staff are friendly, respectful, and polite. I would go back if I need more PT.

I was apprehensive about starting Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy, but Rachel put my mind at ease right away! She set good expectations and is letting me set the pace for treatment.
Friendly staff and they took the time to understand my health challenges. They took the time to assess me and come up with a solution and plan.

My visit was truly a learning experience. Every aspect of my care and medical issue was explained to me in detail. I could not have been happier with Rachel.
Elevate was prompt in answering my phone call and getting me set up with a PT. Rachel has done an excellent job working with me to help me progress through a frustrating injury, and I've noticed improvements every week. She does a really great job of pushing me, and the results have been very encouraging. Both Sean and Dan (the other PTs at this location) are very involved as well, and have made it a point to take an interest in my recovery. I'm very pleased with Elevate and Rachel specifically and would recommend to anyone in need of physical therapy.
God sent! I have been in pain for years even with going to a couple of different therapists but with Rachel at Elevate, it only took about 6 months to feel better than I ever had since my injury. Love the 1 on 1! Thank you so much Rachel! Would definitely recommend, you won't be disappointed!!
I’ve been seeing Rachel for pelvic floor therapy for a few months now. At first I was very nervous since pelvic floor therapy can be overwhelming. On my very first appointment we were just discussing about the things that I was going through and she made me feel very comfortable, and made me feel like I was in a safe space. Rachel used to work for a different practice and when she told me she was going to be working at Elevate, I followed her to continue my physical therapy with her (and I only had 3 appointments with her by then). She makes you feel comfortable, she listens to you, and doesn’t dismiss your feelings/concerns. If you need to go to physical therapy for any reason, I recommend going to Rachel, and trust me you won’t regret it!
Rachel was the perfect PT. She was informative, kind and had a great communication skills. I recommend her to anyone, but in particular to new moms. Thanks Rachel!
Rachel Richards has a pleasant personality and is easy to talk to. She has excellent communication skills and answers all my questions and gives thorough explanation on the whys and hows of all exercises . Rachel makes every effort to schedule my appointments according to my schedule whenever possible. I am completely satisfied with her care for my orthotic knee problems.
Working with Rachel was amazing! I was looking to learn more about and strengthen my pelvic floor muscles. I’m very active and looking to get pregnant soon so wanted to get head of things to be prepared. I cannot say enough nice things about her! Rachel is timely as well and the clinic was neat and clean.
Rachel is literally changing my life; I am learning so much about my body, pelvic floor, and how to be healthy. I think everyone woman would benefit from her guidance and treatment.
Rachel's amazing! I've been extremely happy with how detail oriented, thorough, and supportive she is. Her holistic approach has led to better health outcomes for me than any physical therapist I've seen. Highly recommend!
Rachel is wonderful- she is so personable and knowledgeable about what you need to do to improve your situation. She makes sure she works around your insurance needs too and gives you exercises to do at home. I would definitely recommend her to others, in fact I already have!
Elevate PT is a wonderful independently-owned practice with 3 fantastic DPTs (Doctors of Physical Therapy). Sessions are 60 minutes and the whole hour is devoted to you and not shared with any other patients which is typical these days at larger PT companies. Rachel is a pelvic floor specialist and also does general PT, as far as I know. She is amazing! Absolutely patient-centered, very professional, and knowledgable. I look forward to my sessions with her! She is devoted to her patients and their well-being and is very good at what she does. I have referred friends and family to see her.
My physical therapy with Rachel Richard was an amazing experience! She was fully engaged with me as her patient each session, paying attention to my movements to ensure I did each exercise and set completely and correctly. She also asked questions, attentively listened and made adjustments as necessary. She was very patient and encouraging when I had difficulty getting through some sets, which motivated me to stick with the PT process. I would highly recommend Elevate and Rachel Richard for anyone’s PT needs.
Dr. Rachel has effectively cured all the issues I was having with my pelvic floor. I had no idea that PT could clear up my issues. I was amazed with how much this therapy helped. These issues include but are not limited to urine leakage while exercising, painful sex, etc... All my parts are now working as they should be. Run do not walk to make an appointment with Dr. Rachel for all your pelvic floor issues. Dr. Rachel can also address any other physical issues that are general PT in nature.
