Therapist very thorough, observant, knowledgeable & caring.
Rachel asked many questions to determine my needs. She also used various techniques to determine location of my pain and cause of pain. She chose exercises for me and adjusted amount of weight used, based on my needs and ability. I’m doing prescribed exercises at home and look forward to seeing Rachel again and gaining strength and range of motion.
