Raffi is a wonderful PT- he has helped me get back on my feet and training for a marathon after tearing my Achilles less than a year ago. He truly cares about your recovery and wants to help you get better every step of the way. My recovery wouldn't have been the same or nearly as fast without the help of Raffi and his team. The office staff is always friendly and willing to work with your schedule to get you in as well. I highly recommend him for any of your PT needs.
Raffi is a nice, personable guy, but he's a pretty poor physical therapist and doesn't seem to know what he's doing. He essentially just massages your problem area the whole time and doesn't really do anything for stability or strength. Additionally, I was sometimes rushed in and out of appointments, barely getting 15 minutes of PT (though they sure billed for more). On that note, the office staff is a tad slimy and is definitely not doing everything above board when it comes to insurance.
