About Randi Cherill
Randi has been practicing physical therapy since 2002. She graduated from Ithaca College with a BS in Athletic Training and Exercise Science and furthered her education by earning a Masters of Physical Therapy degree while graduating cum laude at the University of Miami. She pursued her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Arcadia University some years later. She has served as an adjunct professor at NYIT, and maintains her certifications in athletic training and as a Kinesio Taping practitioner.
Randi specializes in treatment for patients suffering from a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal disorders. She has a special interest in orthopedic rehabilitation including post-operative rotator cuff repair and total joint replacement surgeries as well as tennis related injuries. Her educational background and extensive experience provides her with a vast knowledge of sport specific rehabilitation, allowing her patients to return to the sport they love and prevent future injury.
Her comprehensive treatment approach combines exercise with manual therapy while maintaining a special focus on patient education. Randi strongly believes in encouraging her patients to take an active role in their recovery and that while no two injuries are the same each patient's rehabilitation plan must be unique.
In her free time, Randi enjoys playing golf, spending time with family and friends and traveling the world. She has been to 29 countries and counting!
