About Raymond Zheng

Raymond is a recent graduate of Northeastern University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Science followed by his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. During his time at Northeastern, he gained clinical experience in a variety of settings. He began his clinical work at Beth Israel Hospital in Needham, where he treated patients recovering from postoperative replacements as well as those with neurological and cardiovascular conditions. He has also worked in several outpatient orthopedic clinics that emphasized manual therapy, maximizing functional independence, and helping patients return to their prior level of function and work. Professionally, Raymond aspires to further expand his clinical skills to provide patients with the most positive experience possible. He plans to obtain his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential and attend the manual therapy fellowship offered by Professional PT to refine his hands-on skills. Additionally, he aims to earn his orthopedic specialty certification in the future. Raymond has a background in wrestling and powerlifting from high school and college, respectively. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym and exploring different breweries in the area.
