I am a Pelvic Physical Therapist with over 12 years of experience in the field. I utilize a whole-body holistic approach tailored specifically for you. Pelvic Floor Dysfunction can be everything from challenging to debilitating, and we are committed to helping you regain your highest level of functioning. Examinations include an in-depth medical history with the focus on your symptoms and the impact they have on your daily life, and a comprehensive musculoskeletal assessment that may include an external or internal pelvic floor muscle examination. An integral part of my holistic approach focuses on education on anatomy, bladder and bowel function, breathing techniques, nervous system regulation and what exercises for strengthening and stretching are right for you based on your body. I use treatment strategies such as manual therapies, biofeedback, dry needling, cupping, myofascial release and visceral mobilization. I hope to empower you with the knowledge and tools necessary to restore your health and wellness while confidently achieving your personal goals.
