About Dr. Rebecca Feldbaum

Dr. Rebecca Feldbaum earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy and Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from Touro University in Manhattan. Prior to graduate school, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Education with a minor in Dance at the University of Florida. Dr. Feldbaum has years of clinical experience in the outpatient orthopedic setting and is most passionate about treating dancers, performers, and other athletes. Through a personalized approach that integrates evidence-based techniques and tailored treatment plans, she empowers her patients to overcome injuries and optimize performance. As a former physical therapy patient herself, Dr. Feldbaum understands the frustrations of pain interfering with daily activities and returning to sport. She was inspired to become a physical therapist as a young dancer and hopes to inspire her patients with her encouraging mindset throughout the rehabilitation process. She takes pride in approaching patient care holistically, with a sincere compassion for patients as people first. Dr. Feldbaum is committed to guiding patients on their journey to optimal physical health and peak performance.

I feel so much better and learned so much about what I can do to avoid pains and strains in the future. Dr. Feldbaum is wonderful, knowledgeable and very caring.
I would highly recommend Dr. Rebecca to anyone suffering from an injury. Dr. Rebecca helped my injury(shinsplints) and was able to get me running again in time to train for the NYC maraton. I had such a pleasant and positive experience here at HIgh Performance PT.

The provider herself is so wonderful! I only docked a star because of the practice; I found out the same day as my appointment that my insurance (which Zocdoc lists as being in-network) was actually out-of-network. I checked in case perhaps I had made a mistake but this practice/doctor is still marked as in-network on ZocDoc. I really hope this gets corrected; because if you ARE in the right network and/or go into it planning on fully out of pocket, the doctor is great! I really appreciated the time with her!

Amazing! I've seen a few PT's about my neck/shoulder and hip issues and I feel Dr Feldbaum's the best! I've seen a ton of improvement in a short time. Also the exercises she gives me to do at home are actually doable. She pays attention when I do the exercises in the office and makes sure I have correct form each time. I highly recommend.

Im an mma fighter and came here for radicuing back pain and stiffness after feeling frustrated with other PT experiences. I like that my exercise pain considered the movements I need to use in my sport and I learned a great deal.
