See someone else. There are some good care providers at this office but Rebecca is not one. She does not listen, arrogant, doesn’t take feedback about her treatment improving pain or condition. The condition I was having treated I’ve experienced before and she would not listen to what has helped in the past. Her treatment did not help after multiple appointments. Absolutely do not recommend.

Rebecca was great and very personable. My first session was positive and I will be returning for further treatment. Reception were very friendly but a lot of the paperwork was things I’d already completed online so unsure why the need to duplicate. I also had to wait 10-15 mins after my appointment time which was ok for a one-off as I had no other plans today but had I other engagements this would have been frustrating.

I found Rebecca to be passionate about the work that she does, easily capable empathy while she provided me with high-quality physical therapy services. It was my first physical therapy session I've ever had in my life; my experience was delightful. The office was easily accessible.

I was a bit frazzled when I arrived because I went to the wrong building. I thought I was supposed to go to 30 N. Michigan and I should have been at 30 S. Michigan. When I arrived at the office (10 minutes late) I didn't know what to expect. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and I shared my mistake of going to the wrong building. They were very validating and even normalized it by sharing a lot of people make that mistake. Rebecca Mendoza was amazing. She explained everything to me in terms that I could understand and was very patient with my many questions. I am definitely returning and would recommend to others.
