About Regan Hadley

Regan Hadley's path to physical therapy was built on a deep foundation in competitive athletics and performance training. A former college softball player at the University of Memphis, Regan stayed connected to the sport after her playing career by coaching college softball for two years. She also worked as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) before pursuing physical therapy — experiences that gave her a well-rounded understanding of athlete development, training demands, and injury prevention. Today, she continues to stay active as both a participant and coach in CrossFit. Regan earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Nova Southeastern University and went on to complete a Physical Therapy Residency at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, where she accumulated over 200 hours of sideline coverage working alongside athletic trainers across football, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, baseball, softball, and gymnastics. Regan's residency training provided her with advanced clinical skills in sports rehabilitation and direct exposure to the acute care and return-to-play decision-making process across a wide range of sports. Combined with her prior experience in strength and conditioning and collegiate coaching, she brings a rare depth of perspective to the treatment of competitive athletes at every level. Regan has a particular passion for treating football, basketball, and lacrosse athletes, with an emphasis on return-to-sport decision-making following ACL and other significant injuries. Her combination of residency training, coaching background, and strength and conditioning expertise allows her to guide athletes through every phase of recovery with confidence and precision.
