“I look forward to my visits with RJ and the SPT team! Every visit is thoughtfully planned to rehab me to my pre-injury self with a meticulous attention to detail and the right amount of "push" to ensure improvement in each workout. As a former collegiate athlete, I thought I knew the techniques needed to get to my desired outcome for an Achilles injury. However, I would not be where I am without the knowledge, experience, and care put into my rehab... all while in a fun environment!! I would trust and highly recommend RJ for anyone that is serious about their rehab and looking to return to an active lifestyle from an athletic injury. I'm happy with my decision to work with RJ and SPT and look forward enjoying my active lifestyle.”

RJ is nothing short of fantastic. The amount of personal attention, encouragement and 1-on-1 interactions is incredible compared to other PT offices I've heard of. He really listens to your feedback and input, and adjusts your workouts so you're not over- or under-working the affected areas. My injury has made vast improvements in mobility and strength since seeing him--and he's extremely friendly and personable to boot! So glad I went with SPT.Fre Never thought I'd be sad at the idea of completing my PT. Great experience overall!
RJ and the team are fantastic. They consistently provide excellent care and attention to detail. Every visit feels very prepared and I truly appreciate and trust him and the rest of SPT.
From the receptionist to my physical therapist the experience was above my expectations. Scheduling was easy, the therapist very professional and easy to communicate with. They truly know their job.
I have been to multiple physical therapists in the past all telling me that I wouldn't be able to run again. I tried physical therapy one more time from a friend's referral to go see RJ. RJ's knowledge, encouragement, and plan I was able to get back to running 5Ks and 1/2 marathons without pain. I even set some PRs. I'd recommend him to anyone!
R.J. was just what I was looking for as a PT for my recovery from my Achilles tear. He pushed me just the right amount to ensure I recovered fast and actually came back stronger. He was extremely knowledgeable about what specifically I needed to work on to get stronger. Additionally, he kept me engaged the whole time by introducing new exercises every time I had a session. I have recommended him to all of my family and friends.
Courtney the receptionist was very friendly made you feel right at ease. RJ my physical therapist was professional and explained everything he was doing and what to expect at each visit. Would highly recommend this facility .
RJ was very welcoming and kind when I first started with him. He obviously understood what he was doing and was able to easily explain what was wrong with me and what he was checking for as he worked with me. When it came down to exercises, although things were difficult or frustrating, he was able to get me through what he had planned and modified things when they were too difficult so I could still manage the work. He made the clinic atmosphere fun and enjoyable, even though physical therapy can be the opposite.
Good people and Great Service
This facility really deliver's on the 'wow' factor and inspires you to work through your rehab. The PT guidance that RJ provides is extremely thoughtful and he's a big advocate in your recovery process, pushing you hard to get back better than you were before. I've been amazed at how quickly my ACL reconstruction rehab has gone and would happily come from far away to be treated here. Unlike other PTs I've had, you always feel like you're the only patient and have got RJ's full attention.
RJ is the best! He was able to find out the source of my pain and started feeling and seeing improvement within days! Highly recommended!
RJ is great! Very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose what was wrong with my shoulder, performed some treatments, and gave me exercises to do all on the first day! I left that first appointment feeling better than I had in months! I'd recommend RJ to anyone!
RJ has been great! I've come to multiple different issues throughout the years. He's very knowledgeable, personable, and energetic. He keeps every appointment fun and different. I'd definitely recommend!
