I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center. Since graduating from PT school, I have been working in a high-volume outpatient orthopedic PT clinic/setting. I am experienced in treating various cases (from adolescents to older adults), including post-op cases (ACL reconstruction, RC repair, TKR/THR, quad/patellar/Achilles tendon repair, ORIF, various arthroscopies, etc.), non-operative traumatic injuries, overuse/chronic injuries, and many others. I'm always looking for opportunities to grow professionally and improve my skills through mentorship, gaining new treatment ideas from colleagues, and taking various continuing education courses. I enjoy treating people with different diagnoses and conditions. However, one of my interests is working with post-op/surgical patients, which is a challenging and rewarding experience at the same time. In the past couple of years, I've taken various continuing education courses to improve my manual and assessment skills, such as NAIOMT, Maitland (MAPS), IPA, Kevin Wilk, Mike Reinolds, APTA independent study courses, various Medbridge courses, and others. One of my goals at this stage of my professional career is to continue developing myself to be a better clinician in order to provide the best care to all my patients.
