I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and the owner of Timber and Iron Physical Therapy in Happy Valley, Oregon. I help active individuals recover from injury, move confidently, and return to the activities they love—whether that’s lifting, running, or staying active with family. My approach combines strength and conditioning principles, skilled manual therapy, and a psychologically informed model to build lasting resilience and confidence. I believe movement is medicine and that recovery should leave you stronger than before. As a former collegiate track and field athlete, I understand the challenges of training, injury, and performance firsthand. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of California, San Francisco and San Francisco State University, and hold advanced training through the Institute of Clinical Excellence in sports, orthopedics, and fitness athlete care. I’m also certified in myofascial decompression (cupping). At Timber and Iron, we emphasize fitness-forward, individualized care—including running gait assessments, bike fitting, and lifting performance programs—to help you move better and stay strong for life.
