My name is Sabrina and I am a mental health counselor. I have worked with an array of issues from depression; anxiety; substance abuse and panic attacks. I have been in clinical practice for 10 years now and I love what I do. I find that my clients have a great rapport with me that really sets the tone for the therapeutic process and change. I mostly work from a cognitive behavioral standpoint. However; I often grab from other therapeutic models depending on the needs of my clients.
