“Nicole was an expert communicator and a great listener. My partner and I contracted with her for couples therapy, and he first session offered a open setting for us to discuss our issues and be heard. She asked clarifying questions and redirected throughout, allowing both of us to be heard equally. Would highly recommend.”

“Nicole so thankful for her want to start there! 33 and never decided to book session for therapy and I’m glad to say I made a right choice. Ever since having my discussion with her I see the change in me and others also notice it. Love that for me! Also had my spouse book her and we do couple therapy and our relationship has been so good. Much more understanding for me and communication which is something I had lacked. Nicole is always on time , understanding none judgment and none judgmental big plus. ”

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have been practicing psychotherapy for 11 years and I truly love my work. My goal is to help you to prioritize your mental health and wellness so that you can show up in life on your terms. I treat every client with respect, unconditional positive regard, warmth and empathy and I work with integrity and compassion. I've worked with diverse clientele and I practice with regard to multiculturalism and maintaining respect and holding space for differences.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use both psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral treatment modalities to treat a wide range of mental health conditions including but not limited to depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder. First time ever in my 33 years of my life signed up for therapy. It wasn’t easy finding the perfect one I felt comfortable in our first zoom call. And it’s just been an amazing experience ever since. She is always on time big plus , understanding, for sure she does not judge at all. Another big Plus. My session with her really change me in many ways and I’m so thankful for her. I even referred my sister and friends to her and they love her.
My husband and I been seeing Nicole for marriage counseling and it was one of the best decisions we could’ve made. Nicole is extremely respectful, empathetic, non- judgmental, and an active listener. During our sessions I feel heard, understood, and empowered. She also provides a safe and comfortable space.
I did not have a good experience with Nicole. I had two sessions and that’s all that I needed to know that she is not familiar with PTSD or trauma. As soon as the first session, she asked me to relive my flashbacks without giving me any tools to deal with the after lash. I also felt very judged as she questioned my relationship on the second session. I did not felt heard at all. She also made blunt assumptions about me and how my trauma has affected me. Even when I told her how I felt about things, she went ahead and told me what she thought I was feeling. I ended up being extremely triggered right after. I would not recommend her to anyone who had experienced trauma. She might be more experienced with other situations or patients.

Nicole is extremely kind and caring. I’m so glad that I chose her as my therapist. She has helped me thrive in ways I did not think were possible.

My partner and I started couples therapy with Nicole and we both agreed that the in-take session was quite effective. One of the better (out of many) in-take sessions I’ve had in a long time. She was great at listening to us both and providing immediate insight and feedback. It was a conversational therapy session. We look forward to our next sessions with Nicole and excited to see how she helps our relationship grow!

I’ve been seeing Nicole for almost two years and have thoroughly enjoyed all of our sessions. She’s truly helped me look at life in a new light and deconstruct my thought patterns in a way that allows me to handle negativity and low moments in a way I never could before. Nicole is kind and listens very well. She’s been supportive and soft while still guiding me in the way I need. I would highly recommend!!
