Getting to know Julia Levenberg

It’s common for the relationships in our lives to become confusing, and we often need space to understand what’s truly going on for ourselves. Life can feel incredibly overwhelming as we try to balance our own needs alongside those of others. It would be my greatest privilege to help you unpack what you may want and need from your life. I approach my work through a psychodynamic and relational lens, helping clients explore their past and how it influences their present. Together, we examine how various relationships—romantic, friendships, work, and family—impact your overall well-being. As a certified couples therapist, I am trained to support both couples and individuals in making the most of themselves and the connections they share. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from New York University and hold a Bachelor’s degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey. I don’t have all the answers, but I can help you discover your own unique solutions and provide guidance as you seek the answers you’re looking for.
