I have over three decades of clinical and supervisory experience in a variety of outpatient and inpatient treatment settings. My practice is centered around trauma-informed interventions that promote long term emotional resilience and healing. I hold a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and a dual-degree Bachelor’s in Psychology and Sociology from Skidmore College. I am licensed in New York State as an LCSW-R and I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC). Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of serving clients in diverse settings—including residential treatment centers, court-ordered services, community-based programs, and private outpatient therapy. This breadth of experience has strengthened my ability to work effectively with individuals and families navigating complex emotional and relational challenges. My approach is rooted in the belief that people can heal—even in the most difficult of circumstances. I integrate evidence-based practices with warmth, neutrality, and curiosity. With developmentally appropriate tools for children and a deep understanding of family systems, I help clients restore connection, improve communication, and build emotional strength.
