I’m a physical therapist specializing in sports injuries, working closely with athletes and student athletes to help them recover, move better, and return to performance safely. My approach focuses on functional movement assessment, incorporating principles from Functional Range Systems (FRS) to identify mobility restrictions, strength deficits, and movement inefficiencies. I also utilize Stick Mobility techniques to improve joint control, flexibility, and overall athletic performance, along with lymphatic drainage to support recovery, reduce swelling, and accelerate healing. We also incorporate Kinesio taping, cold laser therapy, and red light therapy to help decrease pain, improve circulation, and enhance tissue healing. My goal is to restore function, prevent re-injury, and help every patient move with confidence both in sport and daily life.
