I moved to Colorado in October of 1987. I love living here and enjoy our beautiful nature. I am a multicultural clinician.
You might have realized that there are many ways in which you cope with aspects of your life that no longer serve you. You may distract yourself through work, relationships, achievements, drug and alcohol use, food, material gain, sex, and more. These strategies might have worked in the past, but perhaps they have lost their effectiveness now. My approach in therapy is to meet you where you are in your life right now. Then, based on what you would like to get out of our work together, I will use the techniques and tools in therapy that fit your needs.
I earned my Master's in Counseling Psychology and Counseling Education from the University of Colorado. My goal is to work with you to develop new, effective life strategies and identify creative ways to move you toward living an authentic and meaningful life.
