She is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling (Level I) and has extensive experience in manual therapy for orthopedic conditions. Her continuing education includes advanced training in dry needling, exercise prescription, vertigo and concussion management, and external pelvic floor treatment for women. Dr. Sarah takes a patient-centered approach to care, focusing on the individual rather than just the injury. Each treatment plan is thoughtfully tailored to align with a patient’s goals, lifestyle, and unique needs. Working within a gym environment allows her to move beyond traditional rehabilitation by incorporating strength training, movement quality, and functional performance—helping patients build confidence, prevent future injury, and safely return to daily activities, fitness, or sport. Having personally experienced physical therapy throughout childhood and young adulthood due to sports-related injuries, Dr. Sarah brings a deep sense of empathy and understanding to every patient interaction. This firsthand perspective supports a compassionate, collaborative treatment style centered on education, motivation, and long-term success. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, Grant, along with family and friends. She loves exploring the outdoors around Houston through hiking, running, playing volleyball, and adventuring with their Husky, Ace. She also enjoys discovering new coffee shops and restaurants and is a proud Austin native and lifelong Texas Longhorns fan.
