“Sayeh helped understand what I was going through. She gives information and instructions very clearly. The book Mood Over Mood has been very helpful and something that I've shared with friends for extra knowledge or reference should they need it. The resolution of my problem was quick. Sayeh helped me navigate and understand it clearly. I appreciate her being non judgemental. I know that she will also very effectively and efficiently help others who will seek help. I do appreciate her very much.”

Getting to know Sayeh Ghazizadeh
I’m a Clinical psychologist dedicated to helping you create real, lasting change by tapping into your inner motivation and embracing your true personality, without the need to mask who you are. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful self-improvement, grounded in the belief that we have power over our minds and the freedom to live authentically.
My approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe to be yourself—no masking, no judgment—just real conversations about what you want to change and how we can get there. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Schema Therapy to help you understand patterns, build new skills, and create lasting shifts in your thinking and behavior. I tailor each session to your unique needs—whether you want to focus on managing anxiety, improving relationships, building confidence, or overcoming past experiences. We’ll start by identifying your goals, then work together to break them down into manageable steps. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, challenge unhelpful patterns, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
My focus
I specialize in working with college students, adults, and older adults who are navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, ADHD, life transitions, and grief. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward—and they’re looking for a space where they can be heard, understood, and supported without pressure to “have it all together.” I meet you where you are, helping you gain clarity, build self-confidence, and develop tools that fit your life and goals. Whether you're adjusting to a new chapter, coping with loss, or trying to manage the noise of an overactive mind, we’ll work together to create practical, meaningful changes so you can feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to who you truly are.

I think I process through talk therapy, but really appreciate the treasure trove of CBT, EFT Tapping, and other helpful resources and tools she’s taught me about to help with my anxiety. I gave Sayeh this feedback, which she happily accepted and adjusted our session to meet my needs. Her experience, skills, and insights are very impressive and I’m grateful to get to work with her on my mental health goals
