I am a licensed psychotherapist, licensed addiction professional, and life coach with 31 years of experience in the field. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver. My career has focused on helping individuals and families navigate and heal from the difficulties associated with life changes, addictions, emotional regulation, and family of origin issues. My practice is strength-based and works with adults and adolescents to resolve challenges related to addiction (alcoholism, drug use, internet, etc.), depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationships, interpersonal and family conflict, loss, and life transitions such as divorce or death.
