I am a licensed psychotherapist, licensed addiction professional, and life coach with 31 years of experience in the field. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver. My career has focused on helping individuals and families navigate and heal from the difficulties associated with life changes, addictions, emotional regulation, and family of origin issues. My practice is strength-based and works with adults and adolescents to resolve challenges related to addiction (alcoholism, drug use, internet, etc.), depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationships, interpersonal and family conflict, loss, and life transitions such as divorce or death. The treatment approach looks at the entire system and provides a sustainable, research-backed, and proven path to a better, happier life. I focus not just on treating the problem but on identifying underlying issues and providing the tools to help you understand who you are and what you need to become the person you were meant to be.
