Each session, we’ll focus on practical strategies you can use right away, while also exploring the deeper patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I often use evidence-based techniques like CBT, mindfulness, and attachment-informed therapy — always with an emphasis on helping you practice showing up as the version of yourself you want to become. Along the way, we’ll check in on your progress, adjust as needed, and celebrate the steps you’re taking toward real, lasting change.
