I have a Master's in Social Work and I am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in Colorado. I have worked with many diverse issues in all settings, including: inpatient, school, home-based, and outpatient. My specialties include grief and bereavement, life transitions, stress, spirituality, anxiety, intimate and romantic relationships, anger management, ADHD, depression, family relationships, phobias, PTSD, suicidal ideation and self-harming, and trauma. Whether you're dealing with a specific issue or just need someone to talk to, I'm here to help. Outside of therapy, I enjoy exploring my spirituality and spending time with my family. These personal interests help me stay grounded and connected, which I bring into my practice to better support you.
