Heather holds a Master of Art in Clinical Psychology from the University of Colorado. Heather has previous experience in clinical neuropsychology, head injury and mental health in the prison system. She employs evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, solution focused therapy and mindfulness-based results. She tailors each session to th e individual's needs, helping clients gain insight, build resilience, and move toward lasting emotional well-being.
