Sejal Parikh OTR/L, CHT is a certified hand therapist specializing in the upper extremity. She treats a variety of orthopedic and neurological surgical and nonsurgical diagnoses. Sejal earned her Master's in Occupational Therapy from Russell Sage College. She has been with Professional Physical Therapy since 2016 and has worked in several of our locations. She is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists and is experienced in custom dynamic and static orthosis fabrication as well as the Graston Technique. She enjoys mentoring students who have an interest in specializing in the upper extremity.

I had hand surgery and was referred to Sejal Parikh CHT for OT and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Sejal was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. Over the course of my therapy, I saw significant improvements in both strength and mobility. The office staff at the front desk was always welcoming, friendly and professional. I had a complex hand surgery involving my thumb and wrist. I began OT the last week of February. At the beginning I was very weak and not able to do much with my hand. After 10 weeks of therapy my hand is much stronger. Sajal did an awesome job helping me to heal and not overdo things. I have been successfully treated by her before for surgery on my other hand. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend Professional Therapy.

I went for hand therapy and worked with their OT Sejal Parikh. She was absolutely amazing and so motivating. She helped me rebuild my confidence in using my hands and regaining strength. Highly recommend her for OT.

I am currently being treated by Sejal for a fractured wrist. Sejal is very understanding and considerate, yet challenges me during our treatment sessions. She is very knowledgable and has helped me understand my diagnosis and prognosis. She is extremely supportive! I would definitely recommend Professional Therapy.

I broke my radius in my arm. Dr. Stein recommended Professional Physical Therapy and I couldn't be more pleased. The reception desk is spot on, professional, and welcoming. Sejal and Nicole are outstanding. They are professional yet personable and work with you through the healing process. They push you without further aggravating the injury. They make the OT experience bearable.
