An excellent family doctor who puts his patients first before his profit. Dr Ruzev was very kind yet thorough and NO BS, he certainly eased my fears during my office visit. He helped me understand my weight, anxiety, skin problem and motivated me to become more
proactive with my overall health. Previous doctors just LOVED giving me more pills and getting me out the door within 15 minutes!!! Come to think about it we never really talked all looked into what was
causing my problems with any of the previous doctors that I have seen over several years. And here I am talking to this telemedicine doc who seems to care so much and wants to figure out the root causes of my problem. He really took his time curiously asked all appropriate questions and laid out a very clear concise plan on how to improve my Health within the next 6-12 months. I never quite had an experience like this with a doctor. Now I drive to a half hours to come to see him and it's certainly worth it.I will recommend him to all of my friends to Dr Ruzev.

guided me to correct one saved me money time and heartache, that alone was priceless. Very good
support staff from the front desk through the assistant. He cracks
jokes and thinks funny, he is not...Highly recommend Dr Ruziev if you need a well-rounded superbly competent doctor with

Dr Ruziev was awesome. He explained everything in simple manner so I could understand it.I was not happy with my wait time he was 10 minutes late But spent extra 20 minutes with me. I felt like Dr. Ruziev he understood my condition well from get go , so very experienced doctor.

This physician is very pleasant, professional. He makes you feel completely at ease, listens to what you have to say, does a comprehensive exam, and asks appropriate questions. This was my first visit. Everyone in the office speaks perfect English. The best part was I received a quick
comprehensive exam and was able to directly communicate with my Dr. after the visit which I thought was amazing. So I highly recommend it.

Really likes the doc, he is respectful My Son has Aspergers and fear of doctors, strangers, in general, he spoke directly to my son, not me (Like ALL his other docs)which I don't see often, I appreciated that. My son mentioned it made him feel like a " Normal person" The only complaint I have was it was
a long wait. I actually doubled checked my appt time at least twice to make sure I was there at the scheduled time.

Received excellent aesthetic and weight loss care. Dr. Ruziev is a Gem. He broke it down for me and explained everything to make it simple and straightforward. Pricing was transparent upfront without gimmicks. So great to have excellent doctor. His nutritionist Ashley and trainer Donovan did such a good job too. Everyone is very professional and office is super clean.

I have been with Dr. Ruziev for 9 months feel well taken care of. Everything was explained and I feel I am part of my health planning vs vague comments. My appointments last 30 to 60 minutes. YEY! no more 7 minutes hi and bye, out the door visits where I used to wait 45 minutes in the waiting room. I am really happy to have such a personable caring doctor. He is FUNNY!

Excellent care is always given in Lancaster Wellness. Highly recommend Dr. Ruziev. He saved my heart and controlled my diabetes like no other doctor before. He is kind, compassionate, competent, and has trained very professional knowledgeable staff! The best of the best! The membership fee is very reasonable and for the service and 24/7 access he provides absolutely worth it.

Provides excellent diagnosis and treatment plan. all the staff that works with Dr. Ruziev is very respectful and helpful from getting prescriptions to getting lab results very quick turnaround time, always answers whenever I reach out to him.
