I’ve always been an active person—growing up playing basketball, handball, table tennis, and pretty much anything else that got my heart rate up. My interest in health sciences led me to stumble upon athletic training during my undergraduate years at Stony Brook University. After graduating, I spent two years working as an Athletic Trainer at Archbishop Molloy High School, where I realized I wanted to deepen my knowledge and broaden the ways I could help people move and feel better. That drive brought me back to Stony Brook to pursue my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I’m motivated by movement, curiosity, and a passion for helping others return to the activities they love.
