Sienna’s clinical experiences include a variety of inpatient and outpatient orthopedic affiliations that significantly expanded her expertise in orthopedic care, acute-care rehabilitation, and return-to-sport programming. Most recently, she completed her final clinical rotation here at SPEAR. Across the two outpatient clinics and hospital settings where she trained, she treated a wide spectrum of patient cases—from post-operative orthopedic injuries to sport-related overuse syndromes—refining her clinical decision-making, manual therapy, and critical thinking skills. Sienna collaborated closely with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, social workers, and physicians to coordinate comprehensive patient care plans and optimize recovery outcomes. Sienna has been an avid athlete throughout her life, beginning with tennis at the age of six, soccer at eight and later, lacrosse at fourteen.
