Sonali is a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist who earned her Bachelor's in Physical Therapy from Gujarat University, India. Physical therapy is not only her passion, but she takes extreme pride and responsibility in her therapeutic approach. With her extensive knowledge in the field, she believes that maintaining good physical health is the key to living a positive, healthy lifestyle and a gateway to overall well-being. With more than 10 years of clinical experience in both India and the USA, she has worked in various settings, from skilled nursing facilities to different clinical setups, gaining experience in pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological conditions, chronic pain management, fall prevention, and subacute rehabilitation. She has developed expertise in Manual Therapy, focusing on a variety of conditions such as frozen shoulder, sports injuries, back pain, and postural pain. Sonali is passionate about educating patients of all ages on the importance of proper physical health and is always eager to listen to patients and deliver high-quality service with efficient communication and a friendly, caring nature.
In her spare time, Sonali enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also loves the creative process of meal preparation and the satisfaction of sharing delicious dishes with her family and others. She enjoys watching movies and shows with her husband.

Sonali is a great PT! I always feel the tension in my upper back and shoulders relived after every session. The manual therapy helps so much and I like the exercises and stretches we do after.

Amazing. Life changing. Healed me, I'm happier and healthier - can not believe the difference this made in my life. Body work is so important, I should have done this sooner. They diagnosed on issue. I went to many Drs. & got a CAT scan for and fixed it! Made me feel safe and strong enough to get out the tension.
