About Stephanie Goodwin

Stephanie began her career in a private practice in Lower Manhattan in 2017, where she discovered a passion for combining orthopedics with pelvic floor therapy. She earned her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) through Herman & Wallace in 2020. Over the past several years, she has worked for two major hospital institutions in the NYC metro area—NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia and Northwell Health-Phelps Hospital—where she helped further develop their pelvic floor therapy programs. Stephanie combines her years of clinical experience and knowledge to provide each of her patients with an individualized and holistic treatment plan. She has training in visceral manipulation, myofascial release techniques, muscle energy techniques, and hypopressive exercises. Stephanie received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Columbia University in 2017 and is licensed in both New Jersey and New York. She has also mentored other physical therapists in pelvic rehabilitation and served as a teaching assistant for the pelvic health elective course at Columbia University for three years.
