About Steven Dayal

Dr. Steven Dayal earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in 2024 from Touro University in Central Islip, NY. He also earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Touro University. Prior to that, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from NYIT in 2017. Since a young age, Dr. Dayal has always had a profound interest in the human body, teaching, and athletics, specifically baseball and mixed martial arts. Being a Physical Therapist, particularly in the orthopedic setting, has allowed him to combine educating patients on the human body, different musculoskeletal conditions and pathologies they may be experiencing, and how movement is an integral part of recovering from any injury, illness, or other age-related changes of the body. Some of his clinical interests include general orthopedics, work conditioning, IASTM, manual therapy, sport-specific rehab, and balance impairments. In his free time, Dr. Dayal participates in recreational softball and volleyball leagues in Queens and Long Beach. He also enjoys participating in boxing and Muay Thai classes.
