About Tanner Quinn
I grew up as a multi-sport athlete from the time I was 5 years old all the way through high school and college. After sustaining a running-related injury during my sophomore year of high school and attending physical therapy, I knew from that moment on this career was for me. I attended Quinnipiac University, where I attained my Bachelor's degree in Health Science Studies and my Doctor of Physical Therapy. During my time at Quinnipiac, I grew as a young professional and learned how to properly evaluate, diagnose, and treat a multitude of patient populations. While completing my Doctorate, I received dean's list honors each semester, was on the board of a student-led pro-bono PT clinic, was inducted into the pro-bono national honor society, presented at national conferences, and traveled to Raleigh, North Carolina, for my final clinical rotation. During my time in Raleigh, I treated at an athletic performance center where I rehabbed professional and college-level athletes who participated in soccer, football, basketball, boxing, MMA, triathlons, competitive powerlifting, and many more! All of these experiences have led me to continue my journey as a lifelong learner and join Professional Physical Therapy's Orthopedic Residency program, where I will truly hone my skills and be able to give my patients the best possible care. Everyone deserves to live their life to its fullest and not be stuck on the sidelines unable to do the things they love due to pain.
