I played club soccer and danced growing up and got injured numerous times, so I was always in PT and they always helped me get back to what I loved doing. In college, I played varsity soccer and the PTs are what kept me on the field every day. I wanted to help people the way they helped me. Now I've been a PT in NC, NY, and PA and gained a lot of different insight from various therapists, I also trained for my certification in manual physical therapy while in North Carolina. My favorite activity now is playing with my 2 dogs, a corgi and a great pyrenees, and spending time with my husband going to the gym and weightlifting as well as still playing soccer in an adult league.
