“I had an accident and sustained a fracture of the proximal humerus (shoulder) which required surgical repair. After surgery, I was not able to move my arm away from the side of my body. Since I had always been been an active person and enjoyed weightlifting, I thought life as I knew it would be over. I was told that the healing process would take a long time and require PT to regain strength and range of motion. I had bad experiences with physical therapists in the past so I was not very hopeful. Tom Kaynak and Jake Grootenboer changed my mind. They listened to my frustrations, fears, complaints and answered all my questions. They're very knowledgeable and caring. I believe their hands on joint mobilization was an invaluable part of my recovery, along with the exercises they prescribed... Bottom line, I'm very pleased with my treatment and results. Highly recommended!”
