“The check in staff was friendly and so was the pt. There was a time where I was left to complete some stretches by myself (which I wasn’t too happy about), but my first session was ok. I did expect to have 1 on 1 the duration of the session. I am not certain I want to continue sessions long term but I am open to considering it. ”

The good about Hands of Hope is that the staff is all very friendly. However if you have EmblemHealth and are postpartum you may feel misled as I did.
EmblemHealth is listed as an in network provider on ZocDoc but if you call EmblemHealth you will find out they are actually out of network. I also specifically booked with one provider who is listed with experience in postpartum PT and when I arrived I was told the provider is not there and got placed with a different provider who does not have the specific postpartum experience I needed. The provider also would give me an exercise and then leave me in the room alone to attend to other patients throughout the entire visit. While all the staff is friendly, the overall visit was subpar, didn't address my specific needs, and definitely not worth the out of pocket cost.

I can’t recommend Tithi Shah enough—she’s absolutely amazing. Every session is challenging, motivating, and tailored perfectly to my goals. Her energy is next-level, and she genuinely cares about progress, not just physically but mentally too. I’ve never felt stronger or more confident, and it’s all thanks to her dedication and expertise. If you’re serious about leveling up, she’s the one to call.

I didn’t see who I made an appointment for. These are not pelvic floor specialists as described on their profile. I was given minimal personal attention. A complete waste of time.

Sooo many issues. The doctor I made my appointment with wasn't even there. She went on vacation and didn't tell me so she passed me along to a different doctor that I didn't know was out of network. The receptionist was much more kind and actually helped me with my session while the actual doctor went somewhere else. I felt extremely uncomfortable and uninformed about my treatment. Not sure how else to move on from there except being stuck with a bill from the wrong doctor.

I love the office. I've booked with zockdoc before and I didn't have a problem but I waited almost an hour because my appointment was not sent to the office on time for my 1pm visit so I had to sit and wait. If I didn't know the staff at this office, I would have left.

Booked my appointment because i had foot pains and the day of the appointment, 1 hour smth before they contacted me saying that they are fully booked and i need to see another day , when my appointment was actually confirmed. I didnt even see another doctor because they did confirm it and for them to call and say that is fully booked and for whatever reason doesnt show up is unprofessional
