Excellent customer service and bedside manner. Well - educated and knowledgible regarding methods to eliminate lower back pain resulting from a sprained back muscle. Very friendly and relaxing environment with helpful push of positive reinforcement to finish each excercise and ensuring proper form. I would highly reccomend Tonya and her staff at ACE physical therapy for any Pt or rehabing needs.

I came to Dr. Tonya for rehab after being diagnosed of frozen shoulder & had surgery for it. I enjoyed getting rehab at Ace PTSMI,-HN location. Dr. Tonya listened to my problems, concerns, and gave me a customized plan to improve shoulder range & strength. I am impressed with her knowledge, techniques and personal care you get.
