Tristha has provided me with great physical therapy care. Over the past few months my range of motion has improved significantly and the exercises that Tristha has given me to do, combined with the in person treatment, has helped return the mobility in my arm. I would highly recommend her!

I feel thankful that Tristha has been my therapist. From the initial assessment my therapist Tristha was clear on setting goals and refining treatment plan. I will happily choose to work with Tristha as my therapist as she’s patient and provides clear feedback and encouragement that has made my healing journey much better.

I've been seeing Trishta for about four months and today was my last day, for now. Sounds like per zocdoc's review rules, I can't say anything about the treatment efficacy. I will say that she has given me so many tools (stretches, exercises, etc) to help manage the issue, but she has also just been a delightful person to work with through a stressful period of my life. She is very kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. I always look forward to my appointments and will miss working with her. Highly recommend!!
