****Please note that we will be reaching out via phone to confirm your appointment and possibly request additional information.**** Dr. Tyler Veldhuizen is originally from North Canton, OH and attended Malone University for his BA in exercise science before receiving his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ohio University. He has additional certifications in MDT (McKenzie) treatment for low back pain, as well as Graston technique for soft tissue injuries. Dr. Veldhuizen is dedicated to ensuring the highest possible quality of care for each of his patients and sees all categories of orthopedic injuries. When not working, you can find him reading, cooking, exercising, or spending time with his wife Arliss and two daughters, Alia and Mya.
