She prompts me when I'm doing wrong so I can correct it. Always very knowledgeable very professional and kind. My life has improved so much since coming here. She makes me to want to come back. ”

About Dr. Valerie Mikec

Valerie Mikec received her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Wheeling University in 2020. She worked for another outpatient clinic for two years before joining Physical Therapy Institute in April 2023. Valerie now serves as the Center Manager at our Moon Township location. Having played competitive sports throughout high school, she developed a passion for becoming a physical therapist to treat athletes and other orthopedic conditions. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her German Shepherd dog, Mila.

Absolutely wonderful. The staff makes you feel as if you're the only patient. They take the time to make sure you are working right but not husting yourself.
