Getting to know Veronica Wahba

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 17 years of experience treating adult clients facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety and panic, mood disorders, grief and loss, ADHD, relationship problems, stress management, and personal growth and development. I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University and hold a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. My approach I am passionate about helping my clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, overcome obstacles, and lead healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives. My treatment style is integrative and holistic, incorporating somatic (mind-body) therapies, solution-focused techniques, positive psychology, and cognitive behavioral therapy. When appropriate, I also use psychodynamic approaches to uncover unconscious dynamics that may contribute to a client's distress. My focus As Albert Einstein said, "In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity." I find this perspective valuable in my practice, helping clients transform significant challenges into catalysts for healing and growth. Together, we work to manage distress, find meaning, achieve peace and contentment, and live authentic, inspired lives. My communication style I provide a calm, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their concerns openly and honestly. My style is warm, supportive, and personable, and I assign homework when it will help clients progress toward their treatment goals. My goals for you We collaboratively assess your treatment goals in the first session and adjust them as needed throughout our work together.
