About Victoria Karuthalackal
Victoria (Pudussery) Karuthalackal received her B.S. in Exercise Science from North Park University in 2018. She went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Physical therapy and Human Movement Sciences) in 2021. Victoria was introduced to the Pilates method while in graduate school and felt it greatly influenced her capacity to understand and appreciate movement patterns. She completed her 500 hour comprehensive Pilates training program through The Lab.
Victoria has developed a passion for personalized plans of care that are focused on the patient’s goal and education. As a lover of both pilates and strength training, Victoria integrates both specialties into her practice.

Dr. Pudussery was great! I could tell close attention was being paid to be as helpful as possible, and I feel like I'm already on my way towards recovery. Follow up appointments were made on the spot, and post appointment communication has been very good. Would recommend.

Everyone here has been friendly and great to work with. There's more of a sports vibe here than other places I've been, but its not competitive. Victoria is friendly, easy to work with, and she knows her stuff.

Dr. Victoria was extremely focused and professional. She asked targeted questions and and utilized specific tests to create a clear understanding of what my issues were.
