About Vihaa Nandu

Vihaa Nandu earned her Master’s in Exercise Science from Long Island University, Brooklyn, in May 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from D.Y. Patil University in Navi Mumbai, India. Vihaa spent a year working in an outpatient clinic in Mumbai, specializing in sports and manual therapy, and is fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, and Marathi. Her clinical interests include working with athletes, and treating lower back, knee, and shoulder injuries. Certified in Corrective Exercise (CES) and Nutrition Coaching (CNC), she also holds a 200-hour Registered Yoga Trainer certification from The Yoga Institute in Mumbai, the world’s oldest yoga center. A passionate football soccer player at the national level during her school years in India, Vihaa also enjoys dancing, hiking, and exploring diverse cuisines and restaurants.
