I lived in chronic neck & back pain for about 4 years. I had one surgery and a few years of physical therapy including shots in my spine, shoulders & knees. Nothing was helping. I was suffering from depression, loss ofsleep & had made up my mind to have a second surgery. A friend recommended this one last place & promised they were the best. When I visited Perfect Stride I was so discouraged but they guaranteed to teach me the necessary exercises I needed to live a pain free life. Of course I didn't believe them & still kept my surgery as scheduled. After only the second week of therapy at perfect stride i started to feel relief. It's been about 4 months now and I am feeling so much better, i even canceled the surgery! I feel so happy with my progress. The Team there is super professional and knowledgeable about everything they do. The facility is clean and comfortable. They work with you one on one and walk you through each & every step. I am so blessed to have found them and advise anyone in pain to give them a try. Do not waste anymore time & money on temporary relief. Get on the road to recovery right away and don't let 4 years go by the way I did! My coworkers had to see it to believe it. They are now on the road to recovery themselves at perfect stride. I even had my son come in, that's how much I trust them. Thank you Perfect Stride for all you do, You've changed my life!

From scheduling the appointment and getting the billing handled with Austin to my first appointment with Vikash - My experience at Perfect Stride has been nothing but top notch. Vikash is very personable and easy to get along with. Perfect Strideis full of energy and positive can do attitudes. I have made significant progress on my rehab since my first appointment and the other therapists have commented which gives a real sense of family and care at Perfect Stride. Each treatment is one on one which is VERY hard to find these days. I would recommend Perfect Stride to anyone, I even told my surgeon to start recommending them.

Vikash was very helpful and was flexible in terms of scheduling, which I really appreciated. The entirety of my appointments were dedicated to exercises - no icing time. When I went for my follow-ups with my orthopedist, she was pleased withthe progress she saw in my hip (I had a minor labral tear). When I was wrapping up with my PT, Vikash wrote me a detailed email outlining the exercises and stretches I needed to keep up with. He's also a normal guy, which is nice when you're spending a couple hours a week with someone. Bonus - you get a free Perfect Stride t shirt!

Dr. Sharma runs a great PT office at Perfect Stride. He's knowledgeable, easy to speak to, approaches recovery logically, and is straightforward with the steps and work necessary to get better. Big fan of the sports-oriented office atmosphere.

Overall my first visit was a great experience. He took time to talk to me about my injury and make me feel comfortable before getting started. It was a great session and after we laid out a plan for the restof my rehab. The office is very clean and the staff is super nice. I'll definitely be going back!
