About Vruta Rana
Vruta Rana is a NY state licensed Physical Therapist with a keen interest in movement science and rehabilitation. I can't recommend Vruta highly enough! I've been seeing her for vestibular therapy and have experienced real progress. She's not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in my recovery. Each session is thoughtfully tailored and she takes the time to explain what we're doing and why it matters. I always leave feeling hopeful and supported. If you're struggling with balance, vertigo, or dizziness, you're in expert hands here.

I have been seeing Vruta for over 9 months for a lower leg injury. Vruta is extremely knowledgeable. She adjusts treatments based on my doctor's diagnosis and the pain level I am feeling at each appointment. The treatments and exercises are varied, while also building on each other. Vruta knows when to push my limits to achieve the next milestone, while also knowing when to take breaks and provide rest days. She provides detailed instructions for at home exercises and truly cares about her patients!
