Since I've been working with Ellen I've noticed how much more confident, empowered, and hopeful I feel. I am very comfortable with Ellen and feel like she understands what I sometimes fumble around to communicate, making this new process easier for me.

Ellen is great. If I could choose more option above I would. Ellen is able to explain what we as the patients can not. She seems to understand exactly what we are trying to convey and can explain situations in a way we can relate to and understand. I feel very comfortable talking with Ellen.
