With a 45-minute time slot and personal one-on-one attention, we will be able to accomplish just this. At the initial appointment, you can expect a thorough, hands-on physical assessment to tease out how your individual movement patterns are relevant to your pain. My treatment approach consists of manual techniques and specific exercise guidance to help you hurt less and do more. No more ?cookie cutter? physical therapy. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Regis University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional care.
